NOTIFICATIONS

In order to continue serving our Customers in the Palm Springs/Coachella Valley area as well and consistently as possible, the

following policies are in place in order to ensure the safe delivery and receipt of your mail, parcels, and shipments.

MAIL BOX PLUS AND MORE, LLC., acts only as and AGENT in the handling of parcels and mail between Customers and shipping carriers. In the event of loss or damage, Customers are able to request from Mail Box Plus and More, LLC., to file a claim on their behalf with the appropriate parties in a timely manner.

MAIL BOX PLUS AND MORE, LLC., will not:

Assume legal or financial liability for a claim in the event that the shipping carrier partially or fully denies said claim;
Be held liable for incorrect shipping information provided by the Customer;
Be held liable for a shipping carrier's failure to comply with Customer's shipping time frame selection(s). (Delivery dates and times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier which are subject to change without prior notice.);
Be held responsible for any loss or damage of any piece of mail or parcel that was mailed or shipped without insurance coverage, provided by the shipping carrier;
Be held liable for a claim that has not been reported for more than 30 days from the date the mail or parcel was shipped;
Be held liable for any loss or damage of any parcel or mail that was managed, shipped and delivered by a shipping carrier;
Be held liable or responsible for illicit or illegal items personally packed by the Customer and shipped after declarations are made in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations (Mail Box plus and More, LLC., reserves the right to inspect or screen ANY package or parcel that it handles in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations);
Be held liable for shipping and mailing cash values;
Be held liable for any parcel or mail resulting in loss or property/parcel damage that was personally packed by the Customer.
