 MAIL BOX PLUS AND MORE, LLC., acts only as and AGENT in the handling of parcels and mail between Customers           and shipping carriers. In the event of loss or damage, Customers are able to request for Mail Box Plus and More, LLC., to file

 a claim on their behalf with the appropriate parties in a timely manner.

​  IN THE EVENT OF A LOSS OR DAMAGE CLAIM, THE CUSTOMER MUST BRING TO OUR STORE:

• The entire package/parcel and packaging material(s);

• Receipt(s) for shipment and insurance(s) purchased in order for them to be inspected and processed either by us or by a representative of the shipping carrier that was selected by the Customer.
